If You are talking about colleges in Jharkhand best it would be if you go for Bit Sindri, Bit Mesra, or IIIT Ranchi CS Branch. If you are not willing to take admitted to these best colleges then there will be options for you in another state Nit or your own state NIT but you would not get CS Branch but will get core branches so it's upon you.
