Hello,
For this rank, you won't get CSE and IT in top NIT and IIITs. But it is a decent rank. For this rank you can get CSE and IT in some good NITs and IIITs. But you have to wait for last few rounds as you might get some better colleges. Also with this rank, you can CSE in some top GFTIs.
