Your JEE Mains ranks / scores cannot help you achieve anything if you want to study in Canada. Admissions are taken for students across the world and the most common requirements are:

High school transcripts
Application form
High scores in IELTS / TOEFL / PTE Academic

As we have no idea of what college you are aiming to study on, I would seriously advice you to visit some Canada Education Fair in your city for more information. They will be able to help you out better than us Indians.

If you want a university in Canada there is no need of jee score .... I listed the top universities in Canada for btech
UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO
UNIVERSITY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA
McGILL UNIVERSITY

but if you want admission in these universities ...you have to give exams like IELTS AND TOEFL.
and every university have their own eligibility ...
like for UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO you have to score min 6.5 for IELTS and 100 in TOEFL .
