Not college but I can tell you branches...
There is no set criteria in ranking system for the branches, it all depends on who are attending the counselling and how many are not cancelling their enrollment before start of college. Counselling is done on the basis of rank u secured in UPESEAT and after that when u report for counselling you are ranked according to your PCM percentage.

I can tell you about various cut-off for this year in top branches
APE UPSTREAM-near baout 5000
APE GAS-near about 6000
ADE-near about 9000
CHEMICAL-near about 6500

CS-CCVT-near about 9500
