In AIIMS total seats available are around 900-1000 maximum. General category seats occupy about 50-60% of total seats.So getting a chance in AIIMS may be difficult for you. But your neet score is high which is enough to fetch you a good government MBBS college. Though this year the cutoffs will increase in neet. Still 580 marks is enough. Give your preferences well and choose your college wisely.
