Usually, the college whose cut off goes higher is considered better than the others, owing to the fee, faculty, hostel and mess conditions, hospital patient flow etc. All the mentioned colleges are deemed and the fee will be around 23 lakh per annum.  Here is the previous year cut-off for the colleges you mentioned-
