Hope you are doing good !! It depends on many factors. In some perspective one is better in other perspective another is better. Like,

Placements - VJTI beats COEP here by huge margin. Just look at the placement report of COEP, Half of the batch is unplaced specially in Mech/ Prod/ Civil. 2 - Academics - COEP has better academics than VJTI.

Also depends on fees , location of your home , etc .

Both COEP and VJTI are esteemed institutions in Maharashtra and highly recommended. Admission to their 4-year engineering programs is solely through MH-CET, with varying cutoffs for each branch determined by reservation quotas.
