Hi, 

With a score of 420 getting a government seat is difficult.

Since you haven't mentioned your category we cant precisely tell in which state you might have a chance.

You can apply for private colleges in open domicile states like in UP etc. 

Or you can also opt for deemed universities. You will have a better scope there. 

However these are taking into consideration last years cutoffs. The cutoff trend tends to change every year depending on several factors like number of candidates, highest neet score, difficulty of paper etc.
