Hi dumpala ,
For mechanical engineering both the institutes are of same level but you can make choice with the faculty members as well as environment as placement records in both the institutes for mechanical engineering are of same rating . But You should go for
Vr siddhatha engineering college as it has more experience faculty members as well as good network.
