If you had mentioned your catagory I could have given you a better analysis however I will consider you as a general candidate and will provide you a data from previous year 2020 final cutoff for some colleges as per your rank.

So as per your rank it is difficult for you to secure a seat in top colleges with top branch but you may get a seat in branches like electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering,  electronics and communication engineering, etc. However this data is based on 2020 cutoff this may vary according to the number of seats, number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam etc.
