Both of these institutions are pretty decent to pursue architecture and even feature in the top private colleges for B.arch in India. Both of them are affiliated to AKTU and have similar fees and placement statistics too. However, Axis Institute has slightly better overall rankings. 

I would suggest that you decide based on your priorities like location etc.
