Now if you want to take admission in any one of this two then I would recommend you to go for the Deen Deyal Upadhyay College. The reason behind it is very straight forward. From an academic point of view DDUC have a better records. The teachers are active in research and the faculty strength is very good. The labs and libraries are very well maintained and the ambience is much better than that of Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College. So as per the records it would be better for you to join DDUC.
