Okay so both are  good colleges . But medicaps is more disciplined and will provide more exposure to the outside world as it conducts various fairs and programs.
Also if you want a good placement then do go for medicaps ,vaishnav college is no doubt good but if you want to compare i would definately choose medicaps college.
