Both GSVM College Kanpur and MLN College Allahabad are good at there own respect. When you talks city environment and facilities, GSVM Kanpur is much better than mln Allahabad, but in terms of quality of education it is very difficult to say which one is better. When you see last year's seat allotment list you will find that students with good rank preferred gsvm  College over mln College( with few exception). This proves that gsvm college is better than mln College. If you are getting any of them its fine.
