Which college should I apply for if I have a 43thousand rank in JEE (96percentile),but 69% in CBSE boards?

If you're from SC/ST category then no problem but if you belong to general or obc category then sorry to tell you but you're not eligible to get admission through JOSAA counseling as the minimum percentage require for them is 75%. 

Else you can get admission into lower branches of some low ranked NITs with this score with the help lf your sc category reservation.
