I believe at a Rank of 12k in COMEDK you have good chances in securing Information Science, CSE or ECE at the following institutes

National Institute of Engineering, Mysore

Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur

NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore

RNSIT, Bangalore

Sir M Visveswaraya Institute of Technology, Bangalore
