Thadomal Shahani Engineering College is one of the best colleges for Engineering in Mumbai University. People find it great and comparatively easy life in TSEC. Life in TSEC is not as harsh as other colleges (maybe). You get to enjoy life as a college student in TSEC.

You get to take part in many extra curriculars. There are many committees in TSEC which help you to learn new things and explore yourself. These committees also organise IVs (Industrial Visits) every year. You can explore yourself in the fields you are good for , maybe sports or drama with the help of committees.

Attendence is not a issue in TSEC. Teachers in TSEC are well educated and experienced. If you have any doubts regarding subject or college or anything else in your life , teachers will help you and solve your problem by going out of the way.

Placements in TSEC are also almost satisfactory. Almost 100% of students in TSEC are placed every year. Companies offer package starting from 3.5 to 6 lpa with few companies to 12 lpa.
