There are actually thousands of colleges which offers CSE but out of them you have to choose according to marks scored by you in it's entrance exam.You can try for colleges like VIT UNIVERSITY,SRM UNIVERSITY,BITS,BIT MESRA,DTU,NSIT,RVCE,BMSCE,MSRIT,...and many more apart from IITs and NITs and IIITs.You need to appear for their entrance exams like JEE MAINS,VITEEE,SRMJEEE,BITSAT,COMEDK,etc.
