Hello sir!

For B.Tech in AI and machine learning, there is a bit less scope other than IITs.

But the colleges that offer AI learning are:

University of Hyderabad
Jain University Banglore
VIT Bhopal
SRM, Sonepat
Quantum School of Technoloygy, Roorkee

The best you can prefer is VIT Bhopal.
