Hello, at this rank it looks difficult to get any Nit, IIIT.
Your category rank would help you. If you wait till spot round of counseling may be some chances would create in North Eastern Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland but this depends on cutoffs which changes every year.

Also I would recommend you to apply for other states government and private colleges which accepts Jee mains marks for admission like Punjab University, Ipu Delhi, ICT Mumbai counseling, Jamia University Delhi.
