Applied mathematics students are not excluded from most B.Com., BA, or management studies programs unless certain programs need it (for example, accounting for a B.Com.).  Passing the Class 12 exam is necessary for general eligibility, which is frequently unrestricted.  Verify each college's prerequisites since some may specify mathematics requirements or give priority to the commerce stream for B.Com.  Considering the information at hand, there is no broad exclusion.
