For B.tech Biotechnology there are various colleges which offer this course.
Here are few of them-
1. PES University
2. Ramaiah Institute of Teachnology
3. The Oxford College of Science
4. Acharya Institutes
5. JSS Science and Technology
6. Kristu Jayanti College
7. Garden City University
These colleges offer the required course and thus you can get admission there.

This is incorrect info. None of the colleges in Karnataka allows PCB students for Engineering.
