As you mentioned getting 60 on the exam, I'm assuming your rank will be in the tens of thousands. Therefore, you won't find CSE or IT, which are top branches in any reputable college, to be completely honest. I'm informing open category pupils that it depends on your category once more. If you are subject to quotas and reservations, the situation is different. You can now apply to schools like St. Martin's, VJIT, Marri Laxman, etc. These are acceptable, if not excellent, colleges where you can study CSE or IT.
You need to have a minimum score of 75 to 80 for good colleges. Don't give up; there are still plenty of solutions available to you.
