As you have not mentioned your category hence I am considering it to be general. You have secured a rank of 98794 in JEE Mains exam. At this rank I would suggest you to opt for the government funded technical institutes(GFTIs). You can also opt for the top private engineering colleges like BITS, VIT Vellore, SRM University, etc. For knowing more about which colleges would fall under your rank range, you can use the JEE Mains College Predictor.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch.
