Dear Arko, There are also some good colleges in india that not uses jee mains rankand marks for admission. They are mostly private but level and image of those are also very good. Some of these include:

• LPU university 
•  Amity university 
• AMU aligarh
• Manipal University 
• Chandigarh University 
• SRM
• KIIT

The list goes on. There are many more colleges that conduct their own entrance test and give admission without jee mains.

Dear student,  the colleges which do not except JEE main marks have their own entrance test for willing students of BTech. Though, some of the private colleges may allow you a seat without aapearing for the counselling procedure. Some of these type of colleges are: KES School of Engineering, SRM NCR campus, KIET, Galgotia, Sharda, Amity.

Hello Aspirant,
Your marks are very less in Class 12th examination due to which you are not eligible for JEE Mains examination also. Getting admission in CSE would be very very difficult on this basis. I am not saying that you can't get admission. But taking admission in low level private colleges is of no use. There are certain colleges which you can try but getting CSE is difficult here also on this percentage-
1. IILM College of Engineering, Greater Noida
2. Skyline Institute of Technology, Greater Noida
3. IIMT College of Engineering, Greater Noida
4. ABES Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad
5. Amity University
You may get other branches like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical but CSE/IT is difficult to get.
