I understand your concern but you have not mentioned what you are pursuing right now and you are pursuing your class 12th in which stream. so IPU CET is a exam which indraprastha University takes for various fields for professional courses  . While JAT is the exam for to take admission in delhi university.  I hope this is helpful to you if you can mention what do you exactly want to pursue then it will be easier for me to guide you properly
