Well it seems an interesting question but the answer is not possible because both are a different field altogether. B.Pharma graduate deals with Medicines and Research on medicines whereas a Physiotherapist helps patients with Muscular dysfunctioning. As such looking at both the professions both have immense scope in the future.
Since Medicine is a daily requirement and people all around face some or the other muscular issue right from fracture to back pain etc, so a visit to a Physio is must. Both have the advantage of beginning on their own. Only a Pharmacists after Graduation, needs to obtain their Pharmacy Licence and can begin their own medical store.
