If you have an interest in computer hardware then you should opt for Computer Science Engineering (B.tech) which have a more detailed and scientific approach to hardware and software problem. You are advised to check the syllabus layout of CSE from college you are interested in pursuing from.

There are other courses as well such as:

Electrical Engineering, Computer Architecture, VLSE and such.

If you are interested in computer hardware then, the course having electronics in it will be best suited for you. Electronics is a branch that let's you study about circuits and computer hardware. You can do B.Sc. Electronics , B.Tech Electronics Engineering, Diploma, Dual Degree, M.A., M.Des in Electronics.
