Which course is needed after 10th to become software engineer?

To become a software engineer in India, you need to opt for science after your class 10.



You should have the main subjects Physics, Chemistry and Maths in your class 11 & 12 and your additional/chosen subject should be Computer Science/IT/IP, do not choose for Physical Education instead.



Try learning basic programming concepts like Java, C++. Also try coding and try to master it as much as you can.



After your class 12, study hard to get into the prestigious Engineering colleges through entrance exams. Try getting into IITs, NITs, BITs. Getting admission into these will get you really impressive and well-paying jobs.
