Your question is very genuine and arises to many students who have completed their 10+2.So, First of all, you should keep one thing in your mind is that, what matters a lot is your interest on the subject.

The courses offere are Computer science (CSE), Electronics and communication (ECE), Civil engineering, Electrical and electronics (EEE), Mechanical engineering and the list goes on.

Coming to the main point, CSE and ECE are the most preferred courses in B.Tech. as there are many job opportunities in these fields. The present as well as future of an ECE engineer is very bright. It is always an evergreen branch. 

And CSE branch, as the IT industry is growing more and more, software engineers would be needed more in future.So yes, it has a very bright future.
