Well, you must go for Masters after your graduation rather than psot graduate diploma. I will explain why masters is advantageous over PGD

• Depth Of Knowledge : The depth of knowledge is comparatively higher in masters when compared to post graduate diploma.
•  Time perod: The time period for masters is 2 years and for diploma it is 1 year so the amount of knowledge and the filed exposure you get is realtively more in masters.
• Pay Scale: The pay scale at the time of employment is comparatively high in Masters than diploma courses.
