If you want to be a teacher, then you can do a UG degree course in any of the basic subjects followed by a BEd. Now a days, many colleges in India provide Integrated BA-BEd/BSc-BEd/BCOM-BEd program, you can also do that as it will save some of your time.

Now some of the subjects you can go for to be a teacher-

• BA IN HISTORY, GEOGRAPHY, ENGLISH/ ANY OTHER REGIONAL LANGUAGE, POLITICAL SCIENCE, PHILOSOPHY
• BSC IN PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, LIFE SCIENCES/BIOLOGY, ZOOLOGY, BOTANY etc
• BCOM
