There are many courses which offer admission on the basis of the merit of the qualifying exam, no entrance test is conducted for that, but you have to help us with the details like you want to pursue which course, is it postgraduate or undergraduate level, and accordingly we can guide you, for instance NEET is absolutely mandatory for medical courses and even if one choose to go through management quota, qualifying NEET remains compulsory,  similarly there are many general degree courses and professional ones as well for which it's done through merit of qualifying exam.
