According to the previous year cut off of JoSAA counselling....it is difficult to get a good NIT in this rank but you may have chances in lower NITs like Agartala, Hamirpur, Puducherry, Silchar, Mizoram  meghalaya and likewise or IIITs

You can try in CSAB counselling ...there you may have chances to get a good NIT or IIIT .....

For JoSAA your category rank will be considered....while in CSAB counselling your CRL rank will be considered....There are limited seats for a particular category in any branch.
