Deemed universities don't give seats in state quota.
However the selection is done on basis of NEET scores after that you need to fill the application form of the university you are interested in and wait till the colleges release their merit lists.
The state quota comprises of 85 % government seats at medical colleges of the state while 15% are reserved for all india quota.
