BPT is itself an undergraduate academic course in medical sciences so you are not in need to have any kind of degree for this 

The basic eligibility for pursuing BPT is to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology including practical provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately

There is a Common Entrance Test (CET) for the course in BPT .Admission is based mainly on CET scores.
