Allen and Aakash are one of the most famous institutes for NEET coaching. The courses of Distance Learning are properly described on the official websites of both the institutes. 

The Aakash Institute provides proper study material as well as online lectures for students. The mock tests and previous year's question papers can also be solved by enrolling in the program and choosing your nearest exam centre from the options given by the institute. 

The Allen Institute also has study material delivered to the student's home through courier or post. There are different programs like NEET UG preparation, AIIMS preparation, etc. from which the students should select the course of their choice and get the study material. The fees also varies accordingly. 

Both the institutes are good therefore, I suggest you to select a class which is affordable, is near to you for attending the mock tests and which you think will help you crack NEET.

As far as DLP is concerned, the package and quality of Allen is far better than that of Aakash.
So, if I am to suggest you, go for Allen.
The tests conducted by Allen will give you a real life experience of NEET as the level of the questions in the test correspond quite well with that of the actually examination questions in NEET.
Moreover, their Test Series include separate major and minor tests which would prepare you from scratch starting from 0 level.
For each chapter, there would be quite a many regional tests as well as All India Tests through which you would be able to assess your position Nationwide.
