*Socially and Educationally Backward Classes-Minorities (SEBC-M) is an additional category under OBC-NCL so you will have to choose OBC category.

2. NEET air card

3.Score card (NEET)

4. Caste certificate

5. Aadhar card

6.Class 10th marksheet

7. Class 12th marksheet

8. Class 10 , 12 passing certificate

9.8 passport size photos
