there is no such cases in our country it was a mandatory feild in engineering according to the rules of the indian educational system

These days 75% criteria is must in almost all colleges. This is to ensure that all the students learn regularly.

In every engineering college, 75% attendance rule is applicable. So sorry to inform you that u have to get admission with 75% rule.
