There are many colleges in India which have defence quota though no government colleges make provisions for it, generally. Some of the colleges are as follows - 

1. Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) or DTU, which has 10 % quota which is generally for children or/ and widows of personnel of Armed/Para-Military forces with highest priority.
2. IP University (Indraprasth University), Delhi

2. IP University (Indraprasth University), Delhi
3. College in Bangalore and Punjab have defense quota, however, Punjab engineering college might be removing that soon but as of now they do follow it. 
4. There are colleges in Pune, for example MIT which has some reservation.

But, there is only one college which has 100% reservation for Army wards, that is, Army Institute of Tech, Pune.
