Both are very good and have great scope, however competition is tougher in Aerospace industry.
Software Engineering generates millions of jobs and are in demand.

Dear

If you check the job market and trend students are picking software or computer science only. Job market is over crowded now.And as per opportunities , knowledge , challenging , future prospects I would recommend Aerospace or Aeronautical due to good score in private and govt sector like Defense, Air force , DRDO, Isro etc.

All the best

Dear Prathamesh
Both having their own advantages and disadvantages. And by opting software you can get placements in college itself but while opting aeronautic it'll be tough to get placement but if once you get into public/private sector. You'll get more pay scale than in opting software.
All the best.
