There isn't a specific entrance exam for MBBS admission at AFMC Pune. Candidates must sit the NEET UG entrance exam in order to be considered for admission.

The candidate must have passed the qualifying exams in their first attempt as a regular candidate in all of the subjects they chose, simultaneously taking English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and earning at least 60% of the total marks in these three science subjects taken together and at least 50% of the total marks.

130 MBBS seats, including 10 seats for SC/ST students, are offered by AFMC.
