Candidates should meet the eligibility requirements with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA in BE/B. Tech in a relevant discipline 

must show up for GATE, which is held at IIT Kharagpur, followed by completing the university application for admission into the M.Tech. program. Applicants are distilled down based on their merit scores on the entrance exam.
