You need to prepare particularly for UPSC CDS to join in Officer's Training Academy.Eligibility is that a candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized board.Age must be in between 19-25 years.UPSC CSE is a Civil Services Entrance Exam and the candidates who qualify will be commissioned in various civil services like IAS, IPS, IRS etc.If you have passed graduation you can appear in both.But you can join either in civil services or in defence.
