To get admission in B.Tech Artificial Intelligence (AI) in India, you mainly need to clear engineering entrance exams. The most common ones are:

  • JEE Main & JEE Advanced – for NITs, IIITs, IITs, and some central universities.

  • State-level exams like WBJEE, MHT CET, KEAM, KCET, AP EAMCET, TS EAMCET, etc., for state government and private colleges.

  • Private university exams like VITEEE (VIT), SRMJEEE (SRM), BITSAT (BITS), KIITEE (KIIT), etc.

So, depending on the college you target, you’ll need to appear for JEE or the respective state/university entrance exam.

Hii

If you want admission in B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence then you need to give these two national level exams:
- JEE Mains: Conducted by NTA in January and April session. After clearing JEE Mains you can get admission in NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs through counselling.
- JEE Advanced: You can give this exam only after clearing JEE Mains that is conducted by IITs. After clearing JEE advanced you can get admission in IITs that offers specialized B.Tech Program in AI.

Hello,

If you are interested in getting admission to the B.Tech AI program, then you can take examinations like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, or state-level exams like WBJEE and KCET. Also, if you don't want to take these exams, you can take institute-specific exams in colleges like VIT and SRM. However, some institutions give you direct admission based on your 12th-class score.

I hope it will clear your query!!

Hello

To get admission in B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence (AI), most colleges consider your performance in engineering entrance exams like JEE Main (for NITs and many private colleges) or state-level exams like MHT-CET (for Maharashtra). Some universities also conduct their own entrance tests or accept scores from national-level exams like BITSAT or VITEEE. Good JEE Main or state exam scores boost your chances in top AI programs.
