for studying bvsc in government colleges through all india 15% quota ,one has to appear for neet.this rule started from 2017. As per the notification released, the Veterinary Council of India are required to use the merit list of NEET UG 2017 for allocation of seats to all the recognized veterinary colleges (except Jammu and Kashmir). some states do conduct their own entrance states for bvsc,eg kerala. so you have to go through the college's site.
