JEE Main is a national level exam whereas MHT CET is a state level exam. However, the difficulty level of MHT CET 2019 will be similar to JEE Main.

You should prepare well to score a good rank in both the exams. You must check the detailed syllabus and pattern of the exam.
You will have to prepare a strategy for better preparation. Make a time table for your preparation and divide your time separately for each subject.
Study the topics thoroughly and try to make your concepts clear. Take help from your teacher and never hesitate in clearing your doubts.
Study in detail about the topics and after completing any topic/unit, you should solve questions related to that topic.
Make small study notes, it will help you at the time of revision.
