All three of these exams would require a considerable amount of dedication and hard work to crack. But if you have to compare the level of NEET is easier if compared with the other two. AIIMS and JIPMER being the premier medical colleges have comparatively tougher pattern and competition as well. But all the three exam will require dedication from your side.
