You can not compare the colleges on the basis of exam.

It totally depends on colleges to colleges.

Prepare for both the exams and try to get admission in top colleges.

You should also try to get into IITs, Top NITs and for private BITSAT, VITEEE, SRM and Manipal to get good placements.
