For B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology at MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS) , you need to have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Admission is based on the RUAS Admission Test (RUAS AT).
If you have valid CUET-UG scores, you don’t need to take the RUAS Admission Test.
Note that MSRUAS is different from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT). MSRIT offers B.E. in Biotechnology, which requires exams like KCET, COMEDK, or JEE.
So, for B.Sc. Biotechnology at MSRUAS, the main exam is RUAS Admission Test unless you have CUET-UG scores.
